Station Casinos located in Nevada are making big strides to modernize their offerings, specifically their sportsbook. They are investing a lot of money into upgrading their land and online sportsbook, as well as adapting it to the mobile market. For this reason, they have partnered up with several companies that specialize in these areas, including revamping their management software.
Partners for Future Success
Catching up to the international competition and offering their sportsbook services online and through mobile devices will certainly bring in a larger crowd for the Station Casinos brand. They partnered up with Stadium Technology Group, which is providing them with the management software for their offline and online services. Miomni Gaming is also a new partner, which will focus more on the design and development of the mobile betting app; streamlining it for iOS and Android devices creating the STN Sport mobile app.
As mentioned, this move won’t only allow patrons to use the app and online services outside of the casinos, but will also be used to enhance their experience while inside the building. By using current technology this will limit the use to within the state of Nevada, similar to how New Jersey is handling the online poker market by geo-location.
Better Experience for Everyone
By modernizing their sportsbook offerings, Station Casinos is trying to get ahead of the game. This would be a great way to be ready to roll out the online casinos when Nevada finally legalizes and regulates that market. The new management system and mobile app will be implemented at six of the casinos, where four have already had the reinvestment,

- Green Valley Ranch Resort
- Boulder Station
- Sunset Station
With two more, Santa Fe Station and Palace Station, having renovations done during the summer months. This will be an interesting way to enhance the experience of wagering on sports, as it promises to deliver real-time information and updates quicker.
